A lot has happened since then — we have overcome a global financial crisis, adapted to changing markets and in 2024, we focused on stabilising operations, optimising production processes, and reinforcing our long-standing commitment to quality and service.
Stronger control mechanisms, improved production oversight, and extensive training for our customer service team have all significantly boosted our efficiency and responsiveness.
